Experience

Ms. Borowsky has served the needs of her business, consumer, and non-profit clients across the Valley since 1995. Ms. Borowsky’s strength lies in balancing the desired benefits and potential exposure confronting her clients to ensure the most effective and cost effective outcome. Ms. Borowsky brings the strength that a client needs while maintaining a conservative approach to use of the client’s resources. Ms. Borowsky is an accomplished litigator and someone you want on your team.

Ms. Borowsky has extensive experience representing construction related matters. Recently, Ms. Borowsky brought a class action construction defect case to a successful resolution on behalf of over 2000 homeowners in the Valley. In addition to her extensive experience representing Arizona consumers, Ms. Borowsky has also worked to defend employers and business owners, including contractors.

In addition, Ms. Borowsky has extensive experience representing small businesses, start ups, real estate investors, and the hospitality industry when issues arise or preventative counsel is necessary.

With considerable experience in the area of probate litigation, Ms. Borowsky is an excellent resource for estate planning purposes as well as a reliable resource in the event estate litigation becomes inevitable.

In addition to her extensive legal background, Ms. Borowsky served on the Scottsdale City Council from 2009-2013. Her experience on the Council provides a background in municipal operations which serves as a great benefit to her homeowner association and real estate clients. In addition, as a recognized leader in her community, Ms. Borowsky is called upon frequently to assist with lobbying efforts for the benefit of her clients; she possesses the ability to accomplish results.

Ms. Borowsky is actively involved in her community and has served on numerous boards and committees including the Scottsdale Convention and Visitor’s Bureau Board of Directors, the City of Scottsdale Audit Committee, the City of Scottsdale Water Subcommittee, and the City of Scottsdale Westworld Subcommittee. She served as a founding volunteer of the O’Connor House Avon Program, serving the needs of victims of domestic violence; and, as a member of the National Advisory Council of TGen’s Center for Rare Childhood Disease Research.

When not assisting with her clients’ needs, or volunteering in the community, Ms. Borowsky enjoys spending time with her family and riding her horses.
